Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about timelines, content, platforms, care after launch, and how ownership/export works.

How fast is 72 hours?

Our 72-hour timeline starts at kickoff: once we have your payment, core details, and any available assets, we build and launch within three business days.

If we’re waiting on copy or images, we can still move forward with placeholders and swap them during or after launch.

What if I don’t have copy/photos?

No problem. We can draft conversion‑focused copy from a short intake and use high‑quality licensed stock imagery where needed.

You can replace anything later—your plan includes monthly edit credits with a 72/48/24‑hour SLA (depending on plan).

What platforms do you build on?

We build modern, fast sites using a React/Next.js stack with Tailwind and deploy to managed hosting (e.g., Vercel). This gives you great performance, SSL, analytics, backups, and an easy path for future growth.

What happens after launch? (care plan details)

We continue to host and care for your site: managed hosting with SSL, uptime monitoring, daily backups (14‑day retention), basic firewall/spam protection, and US‑based email support. We also offer same‑day text support (9–5 CT).

Each plan includes monthly edit credits with an edit SLA (72/48/24 hours by plan). Larger requests can use multiple credits or be quoted separately. You always own your content and the launch build once the final invoice is paid. Ongoing improvements made under your subscription are licensed while subscribed (see “Who owns the site and updates?” for export options).

Who owns the site and updates? (ownership & export policy)

Own it at launch, license the upgrades. You own the site we launch after the final invoice is paid. Stay on the monthly plan and we’ll keep improving it—those ongoing updates are licensed to you while subscribed.

Want to take the latest version with you? Buy a one‑time export anytime and you’ll own that snapshot too. (Export covers packaging your code/assets and handing everything off.)

What an export includes:

  • Code repo (source files)
  • Design assets (logos, visuals we created for your site)
  • Config notes (env variables, DNS/hosting pointers, build steps)
  • Third‑party licenses/tools are excluded (e.g., fonts, premium plugins, SaaS subscriptions)—we’ll list anything you’d need your own license for.

Export fee:

Flat fee or ≈ N monthsof your plan (your call on N). We’ll quote it up front so there are no surprises.

TL;DR: Own the launch. Use updates on subscription. Own the updates when you export.
